温州市外来儿童生活质量状况调查

Study on quality of life among floating children in Wenzhou

【目的】了解温州市外来儿童的生活质量,为改善外来儿童的学习、生活环境提供依据。【方法】采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法抽取小学四、五、六年级的外来儿童888人,本地儿童829人,用儿童少年生活质量量表进行调查。【结果】外来儿童在生理、心理、社会适应性和生活环境四个方面的得分分别为31.860±4.760、40.460±5.558、38.350±6.427和15.720±3.326,生活质量总分为129.700±16.392;与本地儿童相比,差异均有统计学意义,外来儿童生活质量总分和各方面得分均低于本地儿童。外来儿童与本地儿童在家庭关系、父母文化程度和父母教育方式等方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】外来儿童的生理、心理、生活环境和社会适应性都明显不如本地儿童,生活质量相对较差。

【Objective】 To study the quality of life（QOL） of floating children in Wenzhou and to provide some advices on improving their present study and living condition. 【Method】 A stratified random cluster sample of 888 floating pupils and 829 local pupils were investigated with children and adolescents＇ QOL scale. 【Results】 The scores of physiology,psychology,living condition and the social adaptability in floating children were 31.860±4.760,40.460±5.558,38.350±6.427 and 15.720±3.326 respectively;In comparison with the quality of life between floating and local children,there were significant differences.Former ones got lower scores than the later ones＇. 【Conclusion】 The floating children＇ quality of life is worse than the local one＇s on physiology,psychology,living condition and the social adaptability.
