The Evolution Level of Factor Mobility and Regional Coordinated Development

由于生产要素配置对经济活动的重要意义,以及在要素配置过程中大量存在区域利益冲突的事实,经济学对要素流动问题的关注历久弥新。在劳动价值观、生产费用观对生产要素认识的基础上,从物质资料生产目的角度对生产要素问题进行思考,得出各种生产要素之间不仅存在层次及层次差异,而且还有深刻内在联系的认识,进一步揭示了生产要素流动的特性。结合中国的现实,对区域经济协调发展中的要素流动问题进行分析。

Because of the importance of allocation of production factors to the economic activity, as well as the fact that regional interest conflicts exist during the process of allocation, factor mobility problem has long been studied by economists and new achievements were made. Based on the labor value and the production cost, the authors discuss the production factor problems from the angle of material goods production. They find out that there are not only different levels and level differences of production factors, but also internal connections among them. The mobility of production factors is further revealed. Besides, analysis is made on the factor mobility problem in harmonious development of regional economy.
