摘要
研究了以钨硅酸为催化剂,苯为带水剂,乙酸和异戊醇直接酯化合成乙酸异戊酯的优化反应条件。该杂多酸催化反应的速率方程为-dcA/dt=kAcAcB,反应表观活化能Ea=142.57kJ/mol,反应速率常数kA(L·mol-1·min-1)=7.75×1017exp(-17148.2/T)。
The optimal reaction conditions have been determinated to which the acetic acid with isoamyl alcohol are esterified into isoamyl acetate in the presence of heteropoly acid catalyst and hydrocarrying agent benzene. The rate equation for the heteropoly acid catalytic esteri fication was derived as - d c A d t=k A c A c B . The apparent activation energy E a =142.57 kJ·mol , and the rate constant k A =7.75×10 17 exp -17148.2T.
