新型去甲万古霉素-纤维蛋白胶磷酸钙人工骨研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究新型去甲万古霉素-纤维蛋白胶磷酸钙人工骨的物理学特点,为研制既具有骨填充作用又有局部抗感染能力的人工骨提供理论及实验依据。方法设单纯磷酸钙人工骨组(CPC组)和复合一定质量去甲万古霉素(norvancomycin,NV)与纤维蛋白胶(fibrin glue,FG)磷酸钙人工骨组(NV-FG-CPC组),单纯CPC人工骨按β-磷酸三钙与磷酸二氢钙按质量比3∶1研磨混合,以500 mmol/L柠檬酸为液相,按固液比1 g∶0.4 mL混合均匀即制得。取适量去甲万古霉素粉末加至上述固相中并充分研磨,按上述方法比例加入液相,并按人工骨与FG体积比2∶1充分搅拌均匀,即制得含4%去甲万古霉素新型复合人工骨,每组重复6次,分别测试两组材料的固化时间,抗压强度,孔隙率,并做XRD及扫描电镜分析。结果单纯CPC组材料初凝、终凝时间及抗压强度均明显大于NV-FG-CPC组,差异均有统计学意义。加入一定量FG及NV后主要固化产物为CPC,扫描电镜在NV-FG-CPC组中见散在分布有与背景不甚一致的颗粒。结论新研制的复合人工骨物理学性能上符合临床应用要求。
