摘要
通过正交试验和梯度寻优试验,找到了二甲苯与甲醛合成二(二甲苯基)甲烷的优化工艺条件:二甲苯与甲醛的摩尔比8∶1,硫酸二甲基苯磺酸催化剂用量10.025%、反应温度120~140℃及反应时间140min。在最优工艺条件下,二(二甲苯基)甲烷收率可达77.38%
The concentrated sulfunic acid xylenesulfonic acid, catalyst used in the work, possesses high catalytic activity for the synthesis of dixylyl methane. The operating conditions were optimized with the regression orthogonal experiment design method following gradient optimization. They are as following: 8∶1 in the feed ratio of xylene and formaldehyde, 10.025 % in concentrated sulfunic acid, 120~140 ℃ in the reaction temperature and 140 min in the reaction time. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of dixylyl methane is 77.3 %.
