摘要
从管理学相关著作对企业组织结构进行分类时出现的错误入手,提出分类的前提及分类的逻辑规律。针对"企业组织结构",提出了3种比较恰当的分类标准及相应的分类结果。指出教育创新的当务之急是开设"逻辑学"必修课,培育学生的"自由之思想,独立之精神"。
Based on analysis of the mistakes about classification of enterprise organization structure in related management books, it raises the condition and logic laws of classification. In order to solve issues about enterprise organization structure, it proposes three kinds of more appropriate standards of classification and the corresponding results. It is urgent for educational innovation that to offer ＂formal logic＂ course and to cultivate ＂free thought, independent spirit＂ of student.
