紫茎泽兰花粉变应原的蛋白组分

摘要 目的明确紫茎泽兰花粉变应原的蛋白组分,探索紫茎泽兰花粉是否为云南主要的春季致敏花粉之一。方法适时采集紫茎泽兰花粉制成变应原浸液,提取蛋白,通过十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)检测其蛋白组分大小并比较其与青蒿花粉蛋白组分的相似性。结果SDS-PAGE电泳检测发现,青蒿花粉有6条蛋白条带,相对分子质量分别为64000、34000、22000、17000、14000和7000;紫茎泽兰有4条蛋白条带,相对分子质量分别为22000、17000、14000和7000。青蒿和紫茎泽兰蛋白条带平均灰度值基本相同(P>0.05)。结论紫茎泽兰和青蒿花粉有4条相对分子质量相近的蛋白条带,提示两种花粉可能有相似的变应原致敏成分,紫茎泽兰花粉可能是云南省主要的春季吸入性变应原之一。 Objective To identify the allergeric component and explore the possibility of Eupatorium adenophorum pollen acts as one of the major allergeric pollen in the spring in Yunnan. Methods Protein components was extracted from Eupatorium adenophorum pollen and seperated by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis ( SDS-PAGE) , compare the molecular weight with the Artemisia pollen of the protein components. Results There was six different MW of protein bands (64 000, 34 000, 22 000, 17 000, 14 000, and 7 000) shown in the SDS-PAGE of Eupatorium adenophorum protein extract and there was four protein bands ( 22 000, 17 000, 14 000, and 7 000) in the Artemisia pollen, the gray means is similar (P 〉0.05). Conclusion There have four similar protein bands 22 000, 17 000, 14 000, and 7 000 in Eupatorium adenophorum and Artemisia pollen, which suggesting that they may have a similar allergeric component. Eupatorium adenophorum pollen should be the candidant as the main inhaled allergen in spring of Yunnan province.
