20世纪50年代苏联对中国的技术援助是中国近现代技术发展历程中一次大规模的技术转移,这次技术援助主要是在经济和军事两个领域,从工业、科学技术、教育三个层面展开的。本文从苏联派出专家援助中国军事教育的视角出发,通过对参与空军教育建设的苏联专家的数量规模、分布范围、专业领域和专家所做具体工作等方面的分析,得出结论:在空军领域工作的苏联专家对空军院校教育的援助是最优先的也是力度最大的,他们的援助为建国初期中国空军院校教育的建设和发展做出了积极的贡献。

The technical assistance from Soviet Union to China in the 1950's is a large-scale technology transfer in the history of Chinese modern technology development.This technical assistance actualized both in the economy and military affairs,from the fields of industry,technology and education.From the perspective of assistance of soviet experts in Chinese military education,this paper probed into the total,distribution,majors and work of soviet experts in Chinese air force education and drew a conclusion:the aid of soviet experts working in air force colleges was the most generous in the whole air force field.Soviet experts had made great contributions to Chinese air force education and they had profoundly influenced Chinese air force education.
