甘氨酸对延边黄牛体细胞克隆重组胚发育的影响

Effect of glycine on the development of somatic cell cloned reorganization embryo of Yanbian yellow cattle

摘要 为了提高延边黄牛体细胞克隆重组胚的发育率,研究了在体外培养液中添加不同浓度的甘氨酸对重组胚发育的影响。分别在体外培养液中添加0、7、14、21mmol/L的甘氨酸,结果表明,在体外培养液中添加甘氨酸能够显著提高延边黄牛体细胞克隆重组胚的发育率,且以7mmol/L浓度的甘氨酸囊胚的发育率最高。 In order to improve the efficiency of Yanbian yellow cattle somatic cell cloned recombinant embryos development,The study of the in vitro culture medium added(0,7,14,21 mmol/L) on the impact of in vitro culture medium with different concentrations of glycine the reorganization embryo development.Adding glycine could increase the cleavage rate of embryos reorganization,but 7 mmol/L glycine displayed the highest rate of blastocyst development,decreased in the other groups.In vitro culture medium added glycine can significantly enhance somatic cell cloning reorganization of embryo growth rate Yanbian yellow cattle.
