异丙酚麻醉对犬机体抗氧化功能的影响

Effect of propofolum anesthesia on the function of organism antioxygen in dogs

摘要 应用5%葡萄糖注射液稀释,稀释度1∶5(2 g/L),犬异丙酚(4.25±0.5)mg/kg单次注射,麻醉维持剂量为0.4 mg/kg/分钟静脉输注,维持时间为60 min。于麻醉前和麻醉后5、15、45、751、20 min分别采血离心,测定血清中丙二醛、一氧化氮、活性氧自由基、总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)。结果表明异丙酚麻醉对犬机体抗氧化能力具有保护作用。 Propofolum was diluted with 5% gl parenteral solution as 1∶5(2 g/L).Singly injected(4.25±0.5) mg propofolum by body per kg weight in dogs,the dose of maintenance of anesthesia is 0.4 mg/kg per min by intravenous infusion,the maintain time was 60 minutes.Collected blood and centrifugated before and after anesthesia 5,15,45,75,120 min respectively,measure the malonaldehyde(MDA),nitrogen monoxidum(NO),oxyradical,total antioxygen ability,erythrocuprein(SOD) and Glutathione(GSH).The results showed the anaesthesia with propofolum had a protection for the function of organism antioxygen in dogs.
