病原菌自转运黏附素(Autotransporter adhesin)的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 病原菌对宿主细胞的黏附是引发感染的第一步。分泌到革兰氏阴性菌表面的自转运黏附素调节着细菌对宿主细胞的黏附,是重要的毒力因子。本文综述了自转运黏附素的结构和功能特征。并且评价了自转运黏附素用于疫苗的潜力,有望为研制防御革兰氏阴性菌感染疫苗提供新的设计靶位。 An ability of bacterial proteins to promote adhesion to biological surfaces is a fundamental step in bacterial infections.Autotransporter adhesion,which is secreted to the surface of Gram-negative bacteria,is important virulence factors and mediates adherence to eukaryotic cells.In this article,we review our current knowledge of the structural and functional characteristics of autotransporter adhesion,highlighting a potential of autotransporter adhesion as targets for the design of novel vaccines directed against Gram-negative pathogens.
