摘要
对表征轴向拉伸非晶聚合物结构的圆柱分布函数(CDF)计算方法进行了讨论,介绍了作者编写的园柱分布函数CDF92型程序计算的可靠性,并由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)轴取向非晶薄膜的二维相干散射强度计算其CDF,据此对所获得的精细结构信息进行了分析。研究表明,该CDF92型程序计算结果可靠,在高聚物结构研究中具有广泛的实用性。
Cylindrical distribution function (CDF) plays an important role in the structural characterization of non_crystalline polymers stretched axially.The computation procedures are presented.The computation reliability of the CDF92 computer program compiled by the authors is discussed.The two_dimensional coherent scattering intensity of an axially_oriented non_crystalline polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film has been used to calculate the CDF.The fine structure information thus acquired indicates that the CDF92 program is reliable and can be widely applied to the structural analysis of polymers.
