酶法水解田菁胶制备半乳甘露寡糖水解液的分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 对酶法水解田菁胶制备半乳甘露寡糖的水解液进行了组成、聚合度分析,采用对水解液的还原糖浓度、还原性末端糖基和黏度的测定,并通过薄板层析和高效液相色谱分析对酶解液进行分析。结果表明:选择田菁多糖胶作为半乳甘露寡糖的生产原料,利用β-甘露聚糖酶进行水解,其方法具有水解过程简单、产物聚合度低、纯度高的优点。 In order to analyze the composition and polymerization degree of the galacto-mannan-oligosaccharides hydrolysate by the enzymatic hydrolysis of sesbania gum, the reducing sugar concentration of hydrolysate, the reducing terminal-glycosyl and its viscosity were determined. Its enzymatic hydrolysates were also carded out thin layer chromatography analysis and high performance liquid chromatography analysis. The final results proved that sesbania polysaccharide gum can be chosen as the raw material of galacto-mannan-oligosaccharides and β-mannanase can be used for hydrolysis.'The whole approach enjoys the advantages of simple process, low polymerization degree and high purity.
