摘要
介绍了冀东海德堡(泾阳)水泥有限公司Φ4.2m×13m水泥联合粉磨系统的设备配置和工艺流程;并就系统产量不达标(127t/h<设计指标140t/h)、粉磨电耗高(37kWh/t)等问题进行了原因查找。在此基础上,该公司采取了针对性的技术措施并配套相关的改造,使系统产量大幅提高,甚至达到了170t/h高水平,且粉磨电耗也降至33kWh/t。
Introduced the equipments and process of Ф4.2m×13m combined cement grinding system of Jidong Heidelberg (Jingyang) Cement Co.,Ltd. and found the cause of low output which was 127 t/h lower than that of designed 140 t/h and high power consumption which was 37kWh/t. Through correlative measures and conversion the system output was increased to 170t/h and the grinding consumption was lowered to 33 kWh/t.
