摘要
采用两步法合成了N-油酸酰基丝氨酸。优化的合成工艺条件为:n(油酸酰氯)/n(丝氨酸)=1.2,反应温度控制在45℃~50℃,反应时间4 h,pH=12,产率为87.8%。利用IR、元素分析和1HNMR对产物结构进行了表征。测定了所得产物的表面活性和应用性能。结果表明,通过在丝氨酸中引入油酸酰基后,其最低表面张力为27.6 mN/m;乳化能力、乳化稳定性可达85%以上;泡沫高度在180 mm^189 mm;平均润湿时间为65 s;10 d内生物降解度达到96.0%以上。
N - acyl serine was prepared by a two - step method. The optimum conditions are as follows : the molar ratio of the oleoyl Chloride to serine 1.2:1 ;reaction time 4 h at temperature 45 ℃-50 ℃ ; in solvent of triethylamine (pH = 12). The product yield was about 87.8%. In addition, the structure of the targeted product was characterized by IR, elemental analysis and 1^H NMR, and the properties of the product such as surface activity, foaming power, wetting power and biodegradation were measured. The lowest surface tension is 27.6 mN/m. Both emulsifying power and product is 180 mm - 189 mm. Average achieves 96% after ten days. emulsion stability of product achieve about 85%.
