摘要
采集浙江舟山秀山的滩涂海泥,通过水浸提、过滤、离心沉降处理制备水溶体系,采用BCS-Trolox法测定体系的总抗氧化性能,采用酪氨酸酶法评价体系的美白功效,研究了制备水溶体系时温度、pH、时间和转速对体系的抗氧化性能和美白功效的影响。结果表明,温度对海泥水溶体系的抗氧化性能有显著影响,pH和提取时间对抗氧化性能的影响不显著,优化抗氧化性能的水溶体系制备条件为:温度75℃,pH=5,时间10 m in;温度和提取时间对海泥水溶体系的美白功效有显著影响,pH对美白功效的影响不显著,优化美白功效的水溶体系制备条件为:温度35℃,pH=6,时间30 m in。
Xiushan sea mud was colleted from Zhoushan of Zhejiang province and its water - soluble system was prepared through water extraction, filtration and centrifugation. The effects of temperature, pH, time and speed on antioxidation property and whitening efficacy of the water - soluble system were studied through determining total antioxidation property with BCS - Trolox method and determining whitening efficacy through tyrosine - enzymatic evaluation method. The results showed that: the effect of temperature on antioxidation property of the water - soluble system is significant while pH and extraction time have no significant influence on antioxidant property of the water - soluble system. Optimizing preparation conditions for antioxidation system are:temperature 75 ℃, pH = 5 and treating time 10 min. Temperature and extraction time have significant effects on whitening efficacy of the water - soluble system while pH has no significant influence on it. Optimizing preparation conditions for whitening efficacy are: temperature 35 ℃, pH = 6 and treating time 30 min.
