舍曲林治疗精神分裂症的辅助作用

Accessory effect of sertraline in treatment of schizophrenia

目的:探讨利培酮合并舍曲林治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症的疗效以及不良反应。方法:将80例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为合用组(利培酮合并舍曲林治疗,40例)与单用组(单用利培酮治疗,40例),疗程12周。用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:治疗12周后合用组有效率显著高于单用组,PANSS总分和阴性症状分低于同期单用组,TESS评分无显著差异。结论:利培酮合并舍曲林治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症有较好的疗效,不良反应少。

Objective： To explore the efficacy and side effects of fisperidone combined with sertraline in the treatment of schizophrenia mainly with negative symptoms. Method： Eighty cases of schizophrenia mainly with negative symptoms were randomly divided into combined group（ treated with risperidone and sertraline,n = 40） and single group（ treated with risperidone,n =40）. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. The efficacy was measured with the In, strive and negative symptoms scale（PANSS）, and the side effects were assessed by treatmenl emergent symptom scale（TESS）. Results： After 12 weeks＇treatment,the efficient rate of combined group was significantly higher than that of single group. The total score and negative symptoms score of PANSS in combined group were lower than that in single group at the same period. No significant difference of TESS scores was fnuud between two groups. Conclusion： Risperidone combined with sertraline has better efficacy and less side effects in the treatment of schizophrenia mainly with negative symptoms.
