高龄老年人应用他汀类药物的疗效及安全性观察 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨他汀类药物在高龄老年人中应用的疗效及安全性。方法选择90例急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的高龄老年患者,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组40例。在治疗原发病的基础上,治疗组给予辛伐他汀20 mg/d,对照组给予辛伐他汀60 mg/d。2组均随访1年,观察患者随访结束低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)达标率及不良反应的发生率。结果2组病例LDL-C达标率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年患者进行血脂干预时要注意辛伐他汀的用量。
