摘要 报道了由2-甲基-2-羟基丙腈水合反应制得α-羟基异丁酰胺的工艺改进。采用自制的高活性二氧化锰代替传统的硫酸催化剂,考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、水量、溶剂用量对反应的影响,确定了水合反应的优化条件,α-羟基异丁酰胺的产率可达96.1%。 A modified method for hydrating acetone cyanohydrin to α hydroxyisobutyramide is reported. Manganese dioxide prepared by ourselves is used as the hydration catalyst instead of traditional sulfuric acid. Influence of hydration temperature, hydration time, the amount of catalyst, the amount of water and the amount of solvent is investigated. The optimum hydration condition is determined. Under the optimum condition, the yield of α hydroxyisobutyramide is 96.1%.
