摘要
以MeSiHCl2和MeOH为原料,采用溶剂法合成甲基二甲氧基硅烷,研究了各种合成条件对醇解反应的影响,运用IR,GC-MS等手段对反应过程和结果进行了综合分析,提出了最佳合成条件。
Methyldimethoxysilane was synthesized using MeSiHCl 2 and MeOH as starting material in an inert solvent. The effects of reaction conditions on the alcoholysis were studied.The reaction process and composition of products were examined by IR and GC MS method. The appropriate reaction conditions were established.
