摘要
门式起重机应用广泛,其大车运行机构形式多样。由于门式起重机使用工况的不同,大车运行机构在使用中往往出现一些故障,导致起重机不能正常使用,严重影响生产。作者根据多年起重机设计、制作及现场使用经验,对门式起重机大车运行机构的几种典型结构做了较全面的分析,提出了一些体会和观点。
The gantry crane is widely used and its crane travel mechanism exists in a wide variety of forms. Some faults will occur during operation of the crane traveling crane in different operation conditions, and cause the crane not to be able to work normally and thus produce severe influence on normal production. Based on many-year experience in crane design, manufacturing and field operation, the essay discusses typical types of crane traveling mechanism and makes some re- lated proposals.
