摘要
带式输送机在起动时往往伴随着胶带应力波动而产生动张力,给张紧装置带来冲击。研究蓄能器在张紧装置中如何更好地吸收冲击,建立了系统的数学模型,并通过Matlab仿真得到系统的阶跃响应曲线。根据仿真结果,分析了系统的动态特性并就蓄能器的容积和管路长度提出改进意见。
Tension normally occurs daring startup of the belt conveyor due to the stress fluctuation in the belt, thereby causing impact on the tension device. This essay studies how to make the energy accumulator in the tension device better absorb the impact, then establishes a systematic mathematic model, and finally obtains the step response curve of the sys- tem through Matlab simulation. On the basis of the simulation result, it further analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the system and puts forward suggestions on how to improve them by modifying the energy accumulator volume and the pipe length.
