摘要
以六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,以丁苯胶乳、聚乙烯醇(PVA)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)为黏合剂,将碳黑等光吸收材料涂覆于纸页表面制备阳光蓄热纸。研究结果表明:以碳黑N220为蓄热剂制备阳光蓄热纸在技术上是可行的。碳黑N220的蓄热性能介于氧化铝和碳化锆之间,碳黑N330的蓄热效果不及碳黑N220。碳黑N220与氧化铝在蓄热方面无互补效应。碳黑N220的分布均匀性对涂布纸样的蓄热效果有明显影响。
Solar ray absorbing paper was prepared with light-absorbing materials such as carbon black coated by using sodium hexametaphosphate as a dispersant, and butadiene styrene latex, polyvinyl alcohols (PVA) and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na) as adhesives. The results show that it is feasible in tech-nique to prepare solar ray absorbing paper by using carbon black N220 as heat accumulator. The heat storage performance of carbon black N220 is between A12O3 and ZrC. The heat storage performance of carbon black N330 is inferior to that of carbon black N220. The complementary effects of carbon black N220 and A12O3 in heat storage are not found. The distribution uniformity of carbon black N220 has an obvious effect on the heat storage performance of the coated paper.
