动态血糖监测系统联合胰岛素泵治疗难治性或脆性糖尿病疗效观察

Continuous Glucose Monitoring System Combined with Insulin Pump Treatment on Refractory or Fragile Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)与胰岛素泵联合治疗难治性或脆性糖尿病的疗效。方法采用CGMS监测17例难治性糖尿病及7例脆性糖尿病患者血糖,监测第2天开始佩带胰岛素泵治疗。结果治疗第3天与治疗前比较,难治性糖尿病及脆性糖尿病患者正常血糖比例显著增加,低血糖、高血糖比例显著降低(P<0.05)。结论CGMS与胰岛素泵联合治疗能更加安全、有效地控制血糖。

Objective To observe the effect of continuous glucose monitoring system（CGMS） combined with insulin pump treatment on refractory or fragile diabetes mellitus. Methods To monitor glucose concentration of 17 patients with refractory diabetes mellitus and 7 patients with fragile diabetes mellitus by CGMS, and begin to treat these patients with insulin pump from the 2rid day of monitoring. Results Compared with pretherapy, the rate of euglycemia in- creased, and that of hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia decreased significantly after three-day treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion CGMS combined with insulin pump treatment can control blood glucose more safely and efficiently.
