摘要
在H2-H2O混合气流下研究了由UF6经催化氢还原制得UF4的水解反应动力学。结果表明,UF4水解反应服从相界面反应速度定律,并测得其水解反应的表观活化能为49.2kJ/mol。实验还发现,水解气中水分压随着温度的升高对水解反应的影响显著增加。与其他方法制备的UF4的水解反应性能做比较发现,UF6催化氢还原所得UF4有较好的反应性能,而且在较低的温度下也有较好的脱氟效果。在0.052MPa水分压及520℃下经30min水解,产物中的氟含量可降至6.1×10-5。
The pyrohydrolysis of UF 4 producted by catalysis hydrogen reduction of UF 6 is studied in H 2 steam mixture gases. The results show that the pyrohydrolysis of UF 4 obeys the phase boundary rate law and has an activitition energy of 49.2 kJ/mol. The water partial pressure in H 2 steam mixture gases effects more on reaction rate of UF 4 pyrohydrolysis at higher temperature. The experimental results also show that this UF 4 has higher reaction rate than the UF 4 producted by other methods.The UF 4 produced by catalysis hydrogen reduction of UF 6 is deflourined easily at lower temperature.
