摘要
提出了一种基于LTCC(Low temperature co-fired ceramic)技术的带通滤波器实现的有效方法。其基本思路是以组成滤波器最基本的电容电感为基础,用集中参数网络综合法设计LTCC滤波器,再用HFSS进行三维仿真优化,最后根据优化结果设计版图。具体设计制作了一个2.45GHz的LTCC带通滤波器,最后给出了电路模拟和仿真模拟的结果以及最终样品的测试分析。
Implementation of lumped-element band-pass filter structures targeted for low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) was proposed. Based on the capacitors and inductors composing the filters, this paper describes the design of LTCC filters using the method of lumped parameter network synthesis, and applying HFSS for 3D simulation and optimation. According to the simulation and optimization, the final layout of filter was designed, and LTCC bandpass filter operating at 2.45GHz were fabricated and characterized. Finally the results of circult and simulation analog and test data of real sample device were given.
