摘要 采用传统的陶瓷工艺制备了Co2Z(Ba3Co2Fe24O41)六角晶系铁氧体材料。对烧成过程(预烧温度,烧结温度及烧结气氛)及微观结构和相成分进行了研究。结果表明,改变烧结气氛能有效地提高材料的高频磁性能:预烧温度1260℃、氧气氛中1220℃烧结材料在1GHz下的μ′=8.2,Q=15.05,其中起始磁导率μi=5.99,截止频率fc>1.8GHz,共振频率fr>1.8GHz。 The Co2Z(Ba3Co2Fe24O41) hexaferrite material was prepared by conventional ceramic technique. The process conditions, including presintering temperature, sintering temperature and sintering atmosphere, microstructure and phase composition were studied. The results showed that changing the sintering atmosphere can effectively improve the high-frequency magnetic properties of the material. The material was obtained with the real part of permeability of 8.2, Q factor of 15.05 at 1GHz, initial permeability of 5.99, cut-off frequency of above 1.8GHz, the resonance frequency of above 1.8GHz by pre-sintering at 1260℃ and sintering at 1220℃ in oxygen atmosphere.
