摘要
以甲酰钇为前驱化合物并将肼添加到甲酸钇中，热分解此含肼甲酸钇可制得超细氧化钇，粒度＜１００ｎｍ。
A method for preparation of ultrafine yttrium oxide was described; yttrium formate containing Hydrazine as the precursor was synthesized with yttrium formate and hydrazine, The ultrafine yttrium oxide was preparaed by themal decomposition from the yttrium formate containing hydrazine at 550 600℃
