摘要
如何通过人才培养模式的改革,创新人才培养的方式方法,培养更多具有创新意识和创新能力、能够主动适应并引领社会的优秀人才,是高校目前应该高度关注并力求解决的难题。高校必须从了解人才培养模式的内涵入手,真正从人才培养理念、教学培养过程、培养制度和培养质量评价体系几方面寻求突破,全局规划,系统改革,真正回归大学的"育人"本真。
The issue how to innovate cultivation method to train more and more excellent innovative talents being able to initiatively adapt to and lead the society by the reform of talent--training model should be concentrated on highly and solved We must start with the connotation understanding of talent--training model, and seek breakthrough in the talent--training ideas, teaching and training process, training system and quality evaluation system, to go back to the Yoot of ＂educating people＂ in colleges and universities by the overall layout and systematic reform.
