摘要
职业教育走出困境的方法和思路:提高技能型人才社会地位、创造公平竞争环境、建立合理薪酬标准、创建校企共建的办学制度、提高其办学水平、保障教师待遇。
The thesis mainly talks about the responsibility of the society and the school itself from the following aspects ： raising the social status of the skilled, creating fair and competitive surroundings, setting up a reasonable salary standard, establishing new vocational school system with the help of the school and the businesses, promoting the teaching level and ensuring the treatment to the teachers. It puts forward the methods to change the dilemma of thevocational education.
