摘要
中国村民自治制度不是"无本之木",它有着深厚的理论基础和渊源,主要包括:中国传统文化中的"民本"思想、"无为"思想,马克思主义的国家消亡、社会自治和民主理论以及国家与社会的关系理论。
China villagers＇ self - government institution is based on the deep theoretical foundations, which includes three parts as follows： a. Civilian - oriented ideas and inaction thoughts in Chinese traditional culture; b. Marxist state wither - away, social autonomy and democracy theory; c. The theory of relations between the state and the society.
