超声破坏微泡治疗肿瘤的研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 超声微泡造影剂是一种新型的基因传输和转染载体,有望成为基因或药物靶向治疗肿瘤的高效特异载体。本文就超声触发微泡破坏增强基因或药物转染的机制及其在抗肿瘤中的作用作了综述。
