乙酰丙酮衍生化/薄层扫描法测定水中痕量脂肪二胺

Determination of Trace Aliphatic Diamines in Water by Derivatization With Acetylacetone / Scan- Quantitative Thin Layer Chromatography

将水中痕量脂肪二胺用乙酸丙酮衍生化，经固相萃取后以薄层扫描法测定含量。考察了实验条件及衍生物的光谱特性对测定灵敏度的影响。此方法的最小检测浓度是５～９μｇ／Ｌ，回收率是８８％～１０１％。

Trace aliphatic didnnes were derivatived with acetylacetone in water, and the resulting Schiff bases were extracted with solid phase cartridge and separated on the silicagel thin layer, the developed spots were determined by scanning on a thin-layer scaner. The effect of derivatization conditions, extraction conditions and the absorption spectra of derivatives on the quantitative analysis was studied. The detection limit of the method was 5 ~ 9 μg/L. The recovery was 88% ~ 101%.
