Liquid-phase synthesis of rare-earth ions doped-nanostructural luminescent materials

摘要 首先简要介绍了几种液相合成稀土纳米发光材料的方法,然后结合笔者所做的部分工作,对高温溶剂法进行了评述. Rare-earth ions doped-nanostructural luminescent materials are often prepared by liquid-pnase synmesis procedure, which includes co-deposition method, sol-gel method, hydrothermal method, solvent-thermal method, micro-emulsion method, high-temperature solution-phase synthesis process and so on. These synthesis methods are briefly described except that the high-temperature solution-phase synthesis method is introduced in detail, partially mentioned the author's recent work.
