摘要 在水溶液中合成了配合物Na(H_2pydc)(Hpydc)(H_2O)_3(H_2pydc为2,6—吡啶二甲酸),通过元素分析、红外光谱和单晶X射线衍射对配合物进行了表征.晶体数据分析表明,配合物为三斜晶系,空间群为PI,a=0.690 48(14)nm,b=1.1165(2)nm,c=1.1200(2)nm,α=85.53(3)°,β=82.23(3)°,γ=87.16(3)°,V=0.852 2(3)nm^3,Z=2,F(000)=424,R_1=0.048 1,wR_2=0.126 7.配合物的中心原子钠与分子形式的配体H_2pydc的一个氮原子(N(1))和两个氧原子(O(1),O(3)),单阴离子形式的配体Hpydc的一个氧原子O(5),以及三个水分子中的氧原子(O(9),O(10),O(11))配位,配位数为7. The title complex Na( He pydc) (Hpydc) ( H2O)3 ( Ha pydc = 2,6 - pyridinedicarboxylic acid) was synthesized in aqueous solution and its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The complex crystallizes in triclinic space group PI with a = 0. 690 48 (14) nm, b = 1.116 5 (2) nm, c = 1. 120 0(2) nm, a=85.53(3) ° β=82.23(3) °,y=87.16(3) °, V=0. 852 2(3) nm^3 , Z=2, F(000)=424, R1 =0. 0481, wRz =0. 126 7. In the complex, the central ion was coordinated with pyridine N atom (N(1)) and two carboxylie O atoms (O(1), O(3)) from the neutral ligand (H2 pydc), one O atom O(5) from the monoanionic ligand (Hpydc), and three water O atoms (O(9), O(10), O(11) ), so the coordination number of sodium ion is seven.
