摘要 开展探究性教学是高校教学改革的重要方面.以"第二信使的发现"一节的教学为例,将课堂讲述设计成科学研究探索活动,激发学生思考问题、开展科研探索的积极性,把学生由被动接受知识转变为知识的探索者和研究者.该教学案例为在《细胞生物学》教学中开展探究性教学改革提供借鉴. Carrying out inquiry teaching is an important aspect of the teaching reform in higher education schools. In this paper, the teaching content the discovery of second messenger was designed into the activities of scientific research, which inspiring the students positive attitudes toward the thinking questions and the conducting scientific activities, and transforming the students from passive learner into the active knowledge - explorer. This teaching example provides reference for conducting inquiry teaching reform in cell biology teaching.
