Rural economic and social development and government responsibility——an empirical analysis based on survey

通过深入农村调查,了解目前农村经济社会发展面临的诸多瓶颈:农村公共物品匮乏;农民增收困难,科技支农力度不足;农民生活压力巨大;农民有自主创业意愿,但面临融资难、融资渠道狭隘、信息不畅等问题。因此,政府部门应加大对农业的扶持和投入力度,加大科技支农的力度,拓宽农民的融资渠道,解决农村信息不畅问题。

Through in-depth survey in rural areas, the situation of current economic and social development in rural areas is understood. There are many bottlenecks in rural areas, i.e. public goods are lack; it is difficult for farmers to increase income and agriculture science and technology strength is inadequate; the pressure of farmers＇ living is great; farmers have venture will, but facing financing difficulties, narrow financing channels, poor information and other issues. Therefore, to solve the problems, government departments need increase support and input in agriculture, increase the intensity of agriculture science and technology, broaden the financing channels for farmers, and address the issue of poor rural information.
