东北亚地区海洋文化观的建构与思考

Construction and thought about views of sea culture in Northeast Asia

探讨东北亚地区繁荣发展需要构建的3种新的海洋文化观:以"可持续发展"为本的新生态观;以"整体""综合"和"内在"为特征的新发展观;由单向度的文明输出到双向的交流互动,从反思、对话走向文化自觉的新文明观。唯有如此,才能实现所谓的"太平洋文明"和"太平洋繁荣"。

The paper discussed three kinds of new views of sea culture that need to be built for Northeast Asia＇s prosperity and development, i.e. a new view of ecology based on ＂sustainable development＂; a new view of whole and systematic as well as intrinsic development; and a new view of civilization from one- way outlet to two-way interaction and communication, starting from thought and communication and gradually approaching to self-consciousness. Only by this way, the so-called ＂Pacifie civilization＂ and ＂Pacific prosperity＂ can be achieved.
