摘要 设计了一种基于ARM11的矿用组合开关控制系统,该控制系统基于嵌入式技术和工业以太网技术,可实现井下开关运行监控、故障保护、网络通信、运行参数及状态显示等功能。文中给出了系统软件、硬件结构及工作方式的实际方案并详细介绍了系统软件和上位机管理系统的设计方法。试运行结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,可满足矿用组合开关的控制要求。 This paper designed a control system of mining assembled switches,based on embedded technique and industrial ethernet.It realized functions such as running monitoring,fault protection,network communication,running parameters and state displayed.In this paper,it gave the structures of software hardware in the system,and the practical plan related to work ways.It also introduced a designing method on software system and management system of upper computer in detail.Result of trial operation shows that this system is stable and reliable,and suit for the requirement of mining assembled switches.
