摘要 以中国西南雅砻江上的重大水利工程二滩水电站为例,对研究区蓄水前后3个时段遥感图像进行解译,并选择影响库区生态地质环境变化的水文气象条件、植被覆盖度、农业结构、对水体的污染以及由于工程建设引起的地质灾害等影响因子进行对比分析,达到水电工程对库区生态地质环境变化进行监测和评价的目的。通过探讨对地质环境进行监测、评价的理论和技术方法,以期探索出一套更加科学的、实用的、更具操作性的生态地质环境监测及评价的方法体系。 The purpose of this paper is to discuss the relationship between building a hydropower and its influence on the ecological geo-environment. Taking the Er'tan Hydropower as the instance. The Er'tan Hydropower is located in the west-south of China, over the river Yalong. Making the remote sensing images of the research area interpretated, these images were got by Landsat in three different periods. By doing this we could tell the change of the ecologicalgeoenvironmenthycomparison, that is the dynamic monitor. Inorder to show if the project made a serious problem to the environment, choosing five factors, such as hydrology and meteorology condition, vegetation coverage, agricultural structure, river pollution and the geo-hazards caused by the project as the key elements, analyzing each of these factors by scientific files analysis, introduction, statistics, etc., on the base of these, the assessment is done. By using this method, finally we get the conclusion, and hoping it is useful to these kinds of research.
