This paper describes a versatile high voltage test equipment. It consists of two individual high voltage impulse generators. In an easy and quick manner, this equipment can be set up to generate single polarity DC voltage, lightning impulse,switching impulse and two individual impulses with opposite polarity. The circuit design and results of performence of the equipment are given in the paper.
