摘要
建立了一种通过薄层色谱分析来比较非离子表面活性剂合成中脂肪醇乙氧基化程度用以进行质量控制的快速方法。将原料及反应的中间和最终产物在硅胶板上用V(乙酸乙酯)∶V(丙酮)∶V(水)=12∶5∶0.5作流动相进行分离,并用碘蒸气显色后在460nm下扫描。根据组分峰的保留值和积分面积,对扫描色谱图进行定性、定量评价,并通过与表面活性剂质量关联。
A rapid method for the quality control by comparing the different ethoxylation products of non ionic surfactants in their process is presented by employing thin layer chromatography. The samples were separated on silica gel layers with V(ethyl acetate)∶V(acetone)∶V(water)=12∶5∶0.5 as the mobile phase. The chromatograms were visualized by exposing them into iodine vapor for 3 min., and then densitometrically scanned at 460 nm in reflection mode, and evaluated by using the retention values and peak area data. The separation conditions were investigated and optimized. The impurities in the raw materials were monitored by comparison of their chromatograms so obtained. The average numbers of the ethoxy group in the molecules of the adducts and their distribution curves were determined and considered as the criteria for monitoring the ethoxylation degree of the intermediates and the final products. TLC is recommended as a quality control method because of its inherent advantages.
