摘要
探讨影响农村流动人口生殖健康的潜在因素的方法,研究发现其主要包括农村流动人口的计划生育管理体制不够完善,计划生育管理和服务的可及性差,受计划生育教育程度明显偏低,劳动强度过大和不良的卫生习惯,在避孕节育措施知情方面受约束。为此,笔者建议加强和完善农村流动人口的计划生育管理,制定相应的流动人口生殖健康政策、法规,做好农村流动人口计生宣传和教育,健全流动人口生殖健康的保护组织,加大技术人员的培训和业务指导。
