超声雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察超声雾化吸入辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期(AE)的疗效。方法:将住院的AE-COPD患者随机分为雾化吸入组78例及对照组80例,除雾化吸入组予超声雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索外,两组均选用有效的抗生素、支气管扩张剂及静脉使用祛痰剂等治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:雾化吸入组症状改善平均时间6.5d,体征好转平均时间为8d,对照组分别是11.0、12.5d;治疗后第7、14天分别测肺功能FEV1增加>10%者雾化组分别为77%、95%,对照组则为15%、63%。结论:经超声压力雾化后的盐酸氨溴索微粒大小为0.5~5.0μm,该大小的微粒可大部分沉降于下呼吸道及肺泡内,具有较好的局部作用,可加强排痰,提高疗效,缩短疗程。
