摘要
克隆测序了牦牛的TGF-β2基因,并进行了Blastn比较分析。结果表明,牦牛TGF-β2基因片段长为559bp,与普通牛、人、黑猩猩、小鼠的相应片段的同源性分别达98%、95%、94%、93%。在5′端调控区域没有类似TATA盒元件,推测TGF-β2基因在脾脏、肾脏组织细胞中表达量不是很高。由于TGF-β对细胞的生长、分化和免疫功能都有重要的调节作用,牦牛TGF-β2基因研究对高原畜牧业发展提供了科学资料。
This study cloned and sequenced the yak TGF-β2 gene,and conducted a comparative analysis of the Blastn.The results showed that,Yak TGF-β2 gene fragment length of 559 bp,with ordinary cattle,human,pan troglodytes,mice corresponding fragment derived 98%,95%,94%,93% respectively.The TGF-β2 promoter contains no TATA box. TGF-β have an important role in differentiation and regulation of immune function in cell,therefore,the Yak TGF-β2 genetic research could provide scientific information on the plateau animal husbandry development.
