摘要
对5个甜瓜品种(白沙蜜、灰鼠子、八里香、红城脆、龙甜)种子的活力进行测定,并对各种测定方法进行比较,探讨甜瓜种子活力测定的适宜方法。结果表明:抗冷测定和模拟田间出苗率测定呈现一定的正相关,但未达到显著水平,初步认为抗冷测定是甜瓜种子活力测定的适宜方法.
The seed vigor of five muskmelon varieties（Baisha Honey,Ash Worthless People,Eight Miles Flagrant,Red City Crisp,Dragon Sweet） was determined using kinds of seedling growth determination to find the suitable method of vigor determination.Comparing each determination method,the results indicated that：anti-freezing test and simulated field seedling growth test presented positive correlation,but had no significant difference,and initially the anti-freezing test was the suitable method for seed vigor determination of muskmelon.
