褐飞虱田间种群的寿命与生物型1种群特异片段的关系

Study on he Relationship between Field Populations of Brown Planthopper Longevity and the Specific Fragment of Biotype Ⅰ Population

对杭州富阳地区的田间种群进行生物型1种群的特异片断检测,结果表明:无论接虫到抗虫还是感虫水稻品种上,寿命在1～2d与6d以上个体,"-"标记占较大比例,寿命在3～5d的个体,"+""-"比例相差不大,寿命在8d以上的个体,"-"个体存活的比例较多。生物型1的特有条带,在田间种群出现的比例约20%左右。

BiotypeⅠpopulation-specific fragments of field populations were detected in Hangzhou Fuyang region.Results showed that infested to the susceptible and resistant rice varieties,longevity in 1～2 days and above 6 days individuals,＂-＂marks accounted for a large proportion,longevity in 3～5 days,the proportion of ＂＋＂＂-＂was similar,longevity in 8 days or more,＂-＂surviving was more.The specific fragments of biotype I had lower frequency about 20% in field population.
