Study on Adjustment of Agricultural Structure of Tieling Country

用数据统计的方法,定量、定性地分析了铁岭县农村经济结构演变的轨迹,提出农村非农产业,尤其是高速增长的农村工业,对促进农村产业水平的提升起着推动力的作用。分析了产业结构变动的经济效益、产业结构劳动力资源配置效应、产业结构变动的农民收入增长效应,揭示了农村产业结构演变的规律。农民收入要保持快速增长态势必须加大农村劳动力转移力度,减少耕地承载劳动力的系数。农民收入增长直接受农村产业结构的影响,农业产业结构、种植业结构对农民收入亦有影响,但作用不可高估;通过理论分析,结合铁岭县改革开放30年的农村产业结构调整的实践,提出了铁岭县农村产业结构调整的发展思路及对策。

A quantitive analysis on the evolvement of the country economic structure in Tieling country was made and the nonagriculture industry in country,especially the rapid increase in country industry was put forward to promote the rise of the country industry level for a long term.The economic benefit of the changes,the effect on labor resource collacation and the effect of the increasing income of countrymen in industry structure changes were analyzed,which disclosed a rule of the industry structure evolvement in country.It was necessary to strengthen labors transferring and reduce the modulus of labor over the infield to keep farmers income increasing.The income of farmers ’ was affected directly by the rural industry structure,agricultural industry structure and plant stucture.After a theoretical analysis and thirsty years practice in the regulation of country economy structure after the reform and opening policy in Tieling,a new thought of regulating country economy structure in Tieling and the countermeasures were put forward.
