摘要
研究了Pt/ZrO2催化剂在21MPa的压力下CH4CO2重整反应中的稳定性,考察了原料中水的加入对催化剂稳定性的影响.结果表明,加水是提高CH4CO2重整过程中催化剂稳定性的有效方法.在一定条件下,铂催化剂可以在长时间内得到n(CO)/n(H2)≈1的合成气.
The effect of steam on stability, catalytic activity and selectivity of platinum catalyst supported on zirconia in CO 2 reforming of methane under 2 1 MPa pressure was studied. The results showed that the addition of steam into CH 4 CO 2 system was an effective method to prohibit coke formation and increase the stability of the catalyst. Syngas with n (CO)/ n (H 2)≈1 was obtained when n (H 2O)/ n (CH 4) was close to 1 0 under the conditions of n (CO 2)/ n (CH 4)=2, θ =800℃ and p =2 1 MPa.
