摘要 在DBS/C_(10)H_(21)OH/溶剂体系中,以甲酸胺、水或甘油为溶剂时,在一定浓度范围内能生成O/W,W/O微乳液和层状液晶.C_(10)H_(21)OH在各种溶剂的DBS胶束中的分配系数K均很高.以甲酰胺、水为溶剂时,DBS能在一定浓度范围内生成层状液晶,但以甘油为溶剂时,则不能生成层状液晶.C_(10)H_(21)OH的加入有助于层状液晶的生成,但过量的C_(10)H_(21)OH却使层状液晶失稳.在相同质量比C_(10)H_(21)/DBS下,按顺序H_2O,FA,Gly,层状液晶中溶剂的渗透率α降低,d_0值亦降低;以FA为溶剂时,表示其表观有序度的值却较高;以水为溶剂时,△v值却较低;△v以Gly为溶剂时,△v具有中等值.不同溶剂层状液晶两亲双层内的分子取向与溶剂性质对层状液晶稳定性的影响相一致. The W/O, O/W microemulsion and the lamellar liquid crystal (LC) are formed in the DBS/ C10H21 OH / Solvent system when formamide , water and glycerol are used as solvent respectively . The distribution coefficient K of C10H21OH in DBS micellar system is very high in any of the three solvents. The LC is formed in the appropriate concentration range of DBS when formamide or water is used as solvent . However LC is not formed when glycerol is used as solvent . The proper amount of addition of C10H21OH is advantageous to the formation of the LC. At the same weight ratio of decanol/DBS, both the solvent penetration a and d0 in the lamellar liquid crystal decrease in the order of water, formamide andglycerol . The order degree , △v , of solvent in LC shows higher values in formamide medium , lower values in water medium and median values in glycerol medium. The molecular orientation of the DBS in the amphiphilic bilayer of the lamellar liquid crystal is parallel to the influence of the solvent - property on the stability of the lamellar liquid crystal.
